No life can handle being under the microscrope that often. It should be no surprise that Jon & Kate fell apart at the seams. If I had eight children, the last thing on earth I would want is to have my parenting and my marriage under constant scrutiny. Who knows if their marriage would have survived if they had not chosen to make their lives so public? All I can say is, hopefully they’ll both learn from the mistakes and be more respectful of themselves and each other moving forward.

totally agree, kate is one of those woman who thinks she controls everything her husband can do
she thinks she HAS to control everything because Jon just acts like a child and she has to keep everything in order to make the household run smoothly. maybe she was a little extreme, but i think i may have done the same thing if i had EIGHT children and a stubborn, childish, dismissive and selfish spouse like jon. Seems llke his big mistake was constantly disregarding her and saying anything just to shut her up. you watch, her next relationship will be with someone more mature!!!! Wait and see!

if a man feels disrespected he’s gonna feel unloved. if u want to love ur man the way he needs to be loved ,then u need to ensure he feels ur respect most of all. that was a hard lesson for me but now i am reaping the benefits of practicing it.
Good for you! And i agree. I don’t think Jon was very respectful to Kate in some ways though. So i can see how she got frustrated, like when he said he heard her and then when she asked him to repeat what she said, he said he didn’t know he couldn’t hear, and if you pay attention this is pretty typical of jon throughout their whole marriage. And why should she have to tell him the same thing over and over, that is disrespectful of jon, and i would have gotten frustrated too!
