Wouldn’t it be a such a better world if the media talked about Steven Hawkings more than Britney? If every magazine didn’t have “how to lose weight” and “how to have better sex” plastered on the cover but instead discussions of Robert Frost’s poetry or anything that actually made you smarter when you read it.
We don’t live in that world and never will. There’s no money in making people smarter or helping them find inner peace.
We want to be entertained. NOW!!

I hope to become a movie star someday but behind all the glamour movie stars have tough lives which is why so many turn to drugs and alchohol. They dont know who their real friends are anymore and they have to live with the pressure of living under the public eye for the rest of their lives. Fans and paparrazi follow them everywhere and make up untrue rumors about them. They can no longer lead normal lives and probably wish they could be a nobody again. yes the money would be nice but that life just isnt real. finding work would be hard and they constantly have to dress and look their best. traveling around would get old and you wouldn’t ever get to have much time with family. i think the cons of that life outway the pros
